    How does Keenspot Premium Work?
    Simply put: we set a cookie that triggers our software to remove the ads for your viewing pleasure. We have many additional technologies built in, but those are details that will magically appear as we expand our service.
    What internet browsers are supported?
    Versions less than 4.x in either browser may not be supported. We do not support browsers other than Netscape 4.x/5.x/6.x or Internet Explorer 4.x/5.x/6beta - they may work, but we do not have the resources to test or improve service on non-supported browsers.
    Do I need Javascript and Cookies?
    To use Keenspot Premium Services, you must have both cookies and javascript enabled on your internet browser. Internet Explorer 4.x (and greater) and Netscape 4.x (and greater) come with both enabled by default.
    How do I turn on Cookies?

    In Netscape 6.01, from the menu bar choose:
    edit => preferences => advanced => (click on the plus next to advanced) => cookies => enable all cookies

    In Internet Explorer 6's menu:
    Tools => Internet Options => Privacy, and in "Settings", set the dial to "Accept All Cookies"
    How do I turn on Javascript?

    In Netscape 6.01, from the menu bar choose: edit => preferences => advanced => enable java (java is enabled by default)
    Where do I enter my address for shipping?
    Your address information is managed through your "Keenspot Premium Account Information Page." You can reach your information page at anytime by simply clicking on the replacement ad banner (or it's transparent image) on any Keenspot page you surf to.
    Can I change the replacement banner that is displayed?
    Yes! We have many plans for various replacement banners and currently have a few options for you to choose.
    Your replacement banner is also managed through your "Keenspot Premium Account Information Page." You can reach your information page at anytime by simply clicking on the replacement ad banner (or it's transparent image) on any Keenspot page you surf to.
    Where can I see my payment history?
    Your payment history is also managed through your "Keenspot Premium Account Information Page." You can reach your information page at anytime by simply clicking on the replacement ad banner (or it's transparent image) on any Keenspot page you surf to.
    How many licenses do I get?
    Our licensing system has changed and should now be completely transparent to the user.
    We limit the number of browsers you can activate to defeat piracy of our system. We also limit the number of pageviews any account can accumulate to 25,000 per month and monitor the browser activity and pageview accumulation rate to combat piracy.
    Where do I go to activate a license/log in?
    Once you have received a username and password you can activate a browser (which effectively logs you in) at:

    It ain't working. What do I do?
    If you are having difficulty, please and describe the problems you are having. In the next few weeks after our launch, we expect to ad diagnostic pages to assist in diagnosing problems. There may be a delay in fixing your account problem since we are short of staff. However, we will get to it and we will credit your account free months as needed to make sure we keep you happy. Thanks for joining and we hope to provide a great service for you.
    What data are you collecting?
    We track which webpages you visit so that your subscription fee can be split with those artists whose comics you read. We do this even if you weren't a PREMIUM subscriber, of course, to allocated advertising income. We also ask for an email address to confirm your identity for your security.
    Is my infomation safe with you guys?
    No, not at all. Just kidding. Of course it is. Keenspot does not spam, nor do they give or sell your personal information (including email address) to any other company. We may give out statistical aggregate information (such as the total number of people who read a certain comic) to other companies interested in our site, but never information on you, specifically. Keenspot is your friend!
