Keenspot.com holds both the advertiser and its designated advertising agency responsible for paying all duly authorized advertising inserted in or attached to its publication. Keenspot.com will not be bound by conditions appearing on insertion orders or copy which conflicts with provisions on the rate card. No advertisement may be cancelled after the specified closing deadline. All materials must be forwarded to Keenspot.com by deadline. In signing the advertiser agrees to abide by the guidelines above.
